Find Footwear with
Better Grip on Wet Surfaces

WaterDrop Rating — Wet Surfaces

We use our MAA (Maximum Achievable Angle) method to evaluate footwear slip resistance on water-contaminated tile surfaces in RampLab. Footwear is tested under controlled wet-surface conditions to determine the steepest angle at which four testers can walk without slipping. The results are used to assign the WaterDrop Rating, helping you identify footwear with better grip on wet surfaces.
