The members of all working groups and the panel of experts are required to declare any potential conflict of interests. All members involved in the initial development completed a Conflict of Interest Form on two occasions: at the November 2014 Consensus Conference and one year following by electronic format. The Conflict of Interest Form asked participants about potential funding, research and proprietary sources of conflict or influences. Members of the Expert Panels of the Living Guideline complete Conflict of Interest Forms as the Panels resume their reviews and deliberations.
