These catalysts grant projects were funded by the Ontario Neurotrauma Foundation (ONF) as part its implementation activities. Grant recipients applied for small grants to support the implementation of specific recommendation(s) from the INESSS-ONF Clinical Practice Guideline (now called the Canadian Clinical Practice Guideline) for the Rehabilitation of Adults with Moderate to Severe TBI. The grants were designed to help support change initiatives using the principles of Implementation Science that would result in sustainable change without need for ongoing funding. Funding applications were reviewed by a panel for feasibility, relevance, and sustainability. As part of the conditions of the grant, recipients prepared Casebooks detailing the project processes and outcomes and agreed to have these be publicly available. All projects were based on historical versions of the recommendations and were conducted between 2018 and 2021.
