Dr. Jane Foster, Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences at McMaster University. Jane’s research focuses on the role of microbiota-immune-brain interactions on neurodevelopment, behaviour, and brain function.

Professor Heather Keller, Schlegel Research Chair in Nutrition & Aging at the University of Waterloo. Heather is an internationally recognized expert in geriatric nutrition, assessment, and treatment.

Dr. Edward A. Ruiz-Narváez, Associate Professor of Nutritional Sciences at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Edward is interested in the genetic basis of different diseases such as breast cancer, obesity, and type 2 diabetes, with a particular emphasis in minority populations.
