What We Do
The Toronto Rehab Clinical Research Unit (TR-CRU) is situated within one of North America’s leading rehabilitation science centres, Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (TRI). The CRU provide research support to the scientists and research staff at KITE Research Institute, the research arm of TRI at University Health Network.
The TR-CRU offers personalized, concierge-style support tailored to meet the needs of our scientists and research staff. Driven by a commitment to research excellence, our team delivers high-quality services and operational guidance throughout the entire study lifecycle from initiation to completion. We ensure research teams are equipped with the right tools, resources, and expertise to achieve impactful outcomes. As part of our service portfolio, we provide one on one consults, staffing support and solutions, a monthly Education Series, as well as office hours about research IT which is open to all research scientists, staff and students. The TR-CRU works in close collaboration with the 3 other UHN CRUs (Toronto Western, Toronto General and Princess Margaret Cancer CRU), to optimize operational practices for rehabilitation researchers.
