What is the #KiteMaskChallenge?
Since March, we've helped stop the spread of COVID-19 by wearing our masks, practising physical distancing, and maintaining proper hand hygiene. At KITE, we care about the safety of each and every member in our community. Now, we want to encourage you to inspire others to do the same. So, let's make this challenge go global.
How to Participate
Starting on Thursday October 29, join the global movement on social media by sharing a photo or video of yourself wearing your mask. We want to hear why you are committed to wearing a mask and who you're doing it for, whether that's your grandparents, parents, siblings, cousins, friends, or the little ones in your family! By all means, get creative.
Be sure to use #KiteMaskChallenge in your post and tag three people. They can be both internal or external to KITE and from all over the world.
The competition portion of the Kite Mask Challenge is now closed, however we still encourage everyone to participate by posting their photos online.

- A TikTok video/ Instagram reel with your mask, telling us your story - make it personal
- A TikTok skit with your mask
- A selfie with your family (all wearing masks)

Don't have social media but want to participate? Send your photos/ videos and caption to kite.web@uhn.ca and we can post it for you on our channels!
