Kite Research Institute scientists won all three faculty of medicine awards

This year, the winners of University of Toronto's Faculty of Medicine Awards were all Scientists from Kite

Every year, the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto recognizes the exceptional teaching talent who make significant contributions to medical education. This year, in this category, all three awards were won by our scientists at The Kite Research Institute.

Dr. Susan Jaglal,  is a Senior Scientist at Kite and Interim Chair and Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at University of Toronto, won the Sustained Excellence in Graduate Teaching and Mentorship Award.

Dr. Yana Yunusova, Senior Scientist and Team Leader at Kite and Professor in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology, won the Mid-Career Teaching Award.

Dr. Kristin Musselman, Kite scientist and Assistant Professor at University of Toronto's Department of Physical Therapy, won the Early Career teaching Award.

It is unprecedented that one institution receives all three levels of awards in the Faculty of Medicine. All award winners are leaders at UHN's Toronto Rehab and The Kite Research Institute.

These awards will be presented at the Faculty of Medicine Education Achievement Celebration on May 20, 2020.
