Young scientists and entrepreneurs shine at ICAIR

Attendees were treated to a glimpse of the future of rehabilitation thanks to the winners of the Poster, Power Play and Three Minute Talk competitions.

The KITE Research Institute and the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute at the University of Toronto hosted the inaugural International Conference on Aging, Innovation, and Rehabilitation (ICAIR) on May 8th at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. 

The conference served as platform to drive interdisciplinary collaboration between scientists, clinicians, students, and entrepreneurs in the rehabilitation space. Over 600 attendees from nine countries were treated to a glimpse of the future of rehabilitation science thanks to the winners of the Poster, Power Play and Three Minute Talk competitions below. 


Poster Competition

Power Play Innovative Concept Pitch Competition
