We are so excited to let you know that KITEC is back with a new series of Mindful Moments, yoga and meditation practice sessions, open to all KITE scientists, staff, and trainees!
Please join us for the first session in this updated and fresh series on December 2nd, 2020 at 2:30-3:30 PM, to practice yoga and mindfulness with us as a group.
Our amazing yoga instructor is Ruby Tang. Ruby attended her first yoga class over a decade ago, and she came back to yoga at a point where she felt stuck in her everyday life. Through the practice, she found a sense of much-needed inner freedom and groundedness.
In 2018, Ruby completed her Yoga Alliance certified Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training through Toronto’s Downward Dog Yoga Centre.
If you have been with us during the previous season of our Mindful Moments, you already know Michelle, our fabulous mindfulness instructor. Michelle Bancroft is a wellness consultant, who has worked in the health and wellness field for over 7 years with many large corporations, and currently provides national wellness consulting to CIBC, and mindfulness meditation sessions on the University of Toronto St. George campus.
