Practical Project Management

The objectives of this course are as follows: 

1. Understand the critical success factors for successful Project Management
2. Define a project using a Project Charter
3. Utilize a 4-Step Project Management Cycle to help successfully achieve objectives of the Project Charter
4. Learn key tools such as the Work Breakdown Structure, the Task and Resource Estimator, the Gantt chart, the PERT chart, and the Project Health Checklist
5. Define stakeholder needs, interests and wants and create communications tuned to their different needs
