UHN Learning Labs- Practical Project Management
The objectives of this course are as follows:
- Understand the critical success factors for successful Project Management
- Define a project using a Project Charter
- Utilize a 4-Step Project Management Cycle to help successfully achieve objectives of the Project Charter
- Learn key tools such as the Work Breakdown Structure, the Task and Resource Estimator, the Gantt chart, the PERT chart, and the Project Health Checklist
- Define stakeholder needs, interests and wants and create communications tuned to their different needs
