Frank A. Russo

Frank Russo is a Full Professor of Psychology and Director of the SMART Lab at Toronto Metropolitan University. He is an Affiliate Scientist at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute (KITE) and holds a status-only appointment in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Toronto. His research investigates the neuro-cognitive, neuro-affective, and socio-biological aspects of music, speech and hearing. He is also actively engaged in the application of psychological and brain sciences in the development of real-world interventions and technologies to support mental health, wellbeing and communication function.
