Meiqi Guo KITE

Dr, Guo is the Medical Director of the Brain Rehabilitation Program at UHN-Toronto Rehabilitation Institute. She had completed medical school at Queen's University, residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Toronto, and a Masters in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety through the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. Her academic work officially focuses on 1) making rehabilitation care safer and 2) improving telerehabilitation, but it actually just is juggling 47 email threads while coaxing printers and people to cooperate. Within KITE, she co-leads the Neurorehabilitation Team. Her life scorecard currently reads: one stepped wedge cluster randomized trial survived, two babies birthed, and three failed attempts at making chocolate truffles.
