What We Do
We have created a new initiative to support the KITE Community. This new support structure will help with the triaging and sharing of information related to the transition and use of EPIC. You can contact us by sending email to kite.epic@uhn.ca.
The Co-Lead SuperUser roles will involve:
- providing support to all KITE SuperUsers and KITE Community
- acting as a central point of contact for KITE and the UHN's EPIC team
- establishing a methodology for sharing information (ie. Webpage, FAQ, Superuser Huddles, etc.)
The SuperUser roles will involve:
- Supporting their immediate team.
- Supporting the KITE Community at their respective locations and fielding their questions
- Supporting the Co-Leaders in sharing information
